What is your return policy?
At Aipan Art we process only exchanges/replacements and no direct refunds. Permitting the availability of inventory, exchanges can be processed up to 10 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please login to your account and head over to the Orders section and request a return or exchange. The returned product should be unused, and in its original packaging and condition.
Please read item descriptions carefully. All product features, sizing details are mentioned on the item page. Due to differently calibrated screens, colors may vary from the actual product. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Exchanges, if approved, will be processed only once.
Products purchased during a sale, or using a promo code are not eligible for returns. Pre-orders, and limited edition products are also not eligible for a refund.
How do I return the product?
In case of any exchange or return request, please connect with us within 10 days from date of delivery by email on firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number, reason for return and images of the product. If your return request is approved, please ship the item to the address mentioned below. Items shipped back for return and/or exchange must be unused and sent back in the package it was shipped to you in. Damaged products received at our end will not be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
What is the returns procedure?
Step 1 – Login to My Account, head over to the Orders Section, you will see a “Return“ Button beside all eligible orders.
Step 2 – Once your returns request is approved, we will send you an email authorizing a return. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. We must receive the package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email.
Step 3 – After receiving the package and inspection, once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will ensure that we replace the product. If the product is not available, we will issue a store credit in the appropriate amount. Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.
What is your refund policy?
For all orders, an online store credit with Aipan Art is provided. Shipping charges and Government taxes are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Terms & Conditions for Return:
- The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Aipan Art.
- All items sold during a sale period, end of season sale, clearance sale, or special occasion are not eligible for any return or exchange. Such products are sold as final sale and sold as-is.
- Any item(s) purchased by applying a coupon code or discount code are not eligible for a return.
- The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, additional gifts and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
- The product you’re returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
- Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
- Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website and there might be some variation in colour and texture.
